• Turn Around Time (TAT)—Ready to Ship items will ship within 3-5 business days. Made to Order items can range between 1-3 weeks (not including weekends). If you have questions on an existing order, please DM me on Instagram @handcraftedbymel or email: sales@handcraftedbymel
• Shipping — I ship via USPS only. Your package will ship as First Class with free tracking, first class packages are not insured. I offer Priority Shipping which insures your package up to $50.
• Returns/Exchanges— I do not accept returns. Due to the handmade, made to order nature of my shop, I can only accept exchanges or repairs in case of faulty workmanship (popped seam, etc.) Buyer pays return shipping to seller, however if the exchange is due to faulty workmanship the shop will cover shipping of repaired item back to the buyer.
